
well since i'm in my holiday , i did make some time for myself....
that is examining my injury.....
but,i did not see the Dr sbb... mmm~ x taw sbb ape....
anyway , i searched the internet about calf pain.... about torn muscle.... and i was amazed about the symptom that the people explain.... they have the same injury as me.... and they got the injury in a very familiar way as i did......

my right calf still hurts.... it does.... because some of the muscle is torn.... adeih..... i've stop playing for 2 months now but it still hurts.....
there's one guy explaining about how he got the wound..
"While coaching my boys soccer game this morning, I went to kick the ball and on my weighted foot (the one not kicking) felt a sharp, painful (like I was kicked) shooting pain in my calf. I thought I heard a pop or twang (like a rubber band) but that could have been in my head. I can put weight on the leg no worries, but any and I mean any, change in my ankle position the leg simply gives out..."
well , once i was degil after the injury and i tried to kick the ball and the same explanation came out....
now i'm really sure about my injury....
I NEED TO SEE THE DR~ but knape malas sgt ni.... adeih

they also xplain where normally we can get this kind of injuries~
they said " Doc called it tennis leg and normally sees it with basketball players right after a jump shot... "
and i did get the injury from playing basketball right after a jump shot...
and i was like

i really miss basketball and sports~ adeih~

the thing also xplain that i need to do some physical therapy to fully recover....
